Start festival weekend with a picture show and a toast to Poe!
Poe Fest International returns to the M&T Bank Exchange on Friday, October 2, for an extraordinary opening night featuring the world premiere of Vincent Price: What Keeps Us Alive, a new documentary celebrating the legendary actor whose unforgettable performances helped define Edgar Allan Poe on screen for generations.
Joining us for the evening is Victoria Price, author, speaker, and daughter of Vincent Price, for a special return appearance and live conversation with the filmmakers about her father’s life, art, and enduring legacy.
The program also includes live Poe performances and an exclusive preview of The Curious Life of Edgar Allan Poe, a new ballet appearing at Baltimore’s historic Hippodrome Theatre the following evening.
Make opening night even more memorable with admission to the Raven Reception, held on the top level of the M&T Bank Exchange. Meet Victoria Price and the filmmakers, enjoy light refreshments and a complimentary drink, and receive a commemorative festival poster.
Proceeds support the expansion of the Edgar Allan Poe House & Museum and the next chapter of Poe’s legacy in Baltimore.
Movie Nite Admission: $29
Movie Nite and VIP Raven Reception: $59
